The demo with the Fendt was at a large estate in Cambridgeshire, where they grow and manage thousands of acres of sugar beet. They currently run a competitive machine. The soil types run from sandy Loam's through to Flint and heavy clay. The Swifter produced a level and consolidated seedbed which walked consistently across the working width. The customer was also impressed with the build quality. We have since quoted a 18m.

The demo with the JD was at a 10'000 acre estate on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk border. The customer initially dismissed the machine due to it being unknown in the UK but we managed to pressure him to taking a demonstration. The soil was heavy clay and the worst fields they have and are renowned for laying wet. The customer was shocked at how good a job the Swifter did and that he was able to drill straight behind it. The ground was so hard due to the heavy rain we have had over the winter and the soil has slumped, to achieve the finish we did we were all impressed.
