The largest this year´s exhibition of agricultural machinery Agritechnica took place in Hannover on November 13 to 19, 2011. The interest in the exhibition was enormous, as evidenced by the attendance of more than 400,000 visitors, which exceeded even the optimistic estimates of the organizers. At Agritechnica most manufacturers introduce new products, new trends and directions of development. For that reason, Agritechnika is also visited by farmers and experts from around the world.

The centre of attention...

Our stand was situated in the heart of Hall 12, which was specialized in the soil cultivation. In this hall the leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery gathered, among which our yellow machines could not be missing. The overall concept of the stand, modern agricultural machinery and pleasant atmosphere at the exhibition attracted much attention, both from the side of farmers and current as well new dealers. For that reason, during the first 4 days our stand was really overcrowded.
In Hannover we presented all of our product range (except trailers) including current and planned news on an area of 350 m2. In addition to the known machines, our new disc cultivator ATLAS or a prototype of TERRALAND named Profi, which should appear in our product range in the second half of 2012, were introduced.

The stand was packed with people in the first four days  A friendly atmosphere was supported also by the chilled Pilsner beer at our stand.

News comply with new trends...

A short disc cultivator Atlas AO dominated our stand among other machinery. This new disc cultivator builds on our long tradition in production of disc cultivators. A technical solution of the Atlas machine is one of the innovative progressive trends that meet ever-increasing demands of modern farmers. The overall concept is aimed at simplicity and versatility of use and easy operation of the machine (mainly thanks to a maintenance-free Flexi-Box system of the tine attachment and maintenance-free attachment of discs).
Another attraction was also a prototype of the chisel plough Terraland marked Profi. It should appear in our portfolio in the second half of 2012. The model Profi completes the standard Terraland TN series by 2 rows of hydraulically operated cutter disks with self-cleaning effect for the final soil preparation before seeding.  The goal is reaching a perfect fine soil structure and incorporation of large amounts of plant residues in a single pass.

Terraland Profi with two rows of cutter disks is now in the testing phase. It should appear in our range in the second half of 2012.

News comply with new trends

In addition, we could see the universal soil cultivator Ecoland EO, which - thanks to a variability of working elements (chisels, tines, additional wings) and a wide range of rear crumbling rollers - allows a various tillage from shallow stubble ploughing to deep loosening to 35 cm (modern alternative tillage). These advantages proved to be important in this changeable season.
Of course, the flagships of our product range, Swifter SO of the family SwifterConcept 3v1 and the rotary cutter MULCHER MM could not be missing. To demonstrate ability of the changeable system on Swifter, one half of the machine was equipped with the tine share section and another half with the disc share section.

Seedbed cultivator Swifter SO with a unique system of interchangeable working sections needs no introduction

The galvanized rotary cutter Mulcher MM with 5 rotors was purchased by several farmers directly during the exhibition.

Broad operating width

Out of machines with broad operating width, the  Swifter SE with the operating width of 10 m with 2 different interchangeable sections was introduced. The SE series has undergone innovative enhancements during the past 2 years which offer many advantages for users.

Representative of broad seedbed cultivators Swifter SE was one of the largest soil cultivators in the working position on the whole exhibition.     Traders did not stop throughout the show. The figure shows the Head of Sales for Germany, Mr. Kurt Blunk.

The enormous success

Thousands of people who have passed our stand took away a good sense of the beautiful facilities, quality equipment and friendly people. The sales managers for individual countries celebrated great success in the form of a large number of machines sold, countless new contacts and intensifying of the existing ones.
Overall, Agritechnica 2011 was peak of our current exhibition experience and enormous commercial success for us. Therefore, we will aim to develop this success in the coming years.
