What Working Section to Choose?

Selecting the working section for the cultivator is very important for quality seedbed preparation in the spring, summer and autumn. A well-prepared seedbed provides optimal conditions for quality and speed of germination of the plants.

Share Working Section

The share working section is used for seedbed cultivation during the summer and autumn preparation of the seedbed. In these seasons, the soil has to be loosened and mixed after previous harvests. The share working section evenly undercuts soil along the entire width of the machine and mixes its top layers. After mixing, the machine levels off the surface and finishes the optimal seedbed preparation.

The working section consists of arrow-shaped shares in two rows with a sufficient overlap, which ensures that the soil profile is undercut along the entire width of the machine. Each share is attached to a flexi share beam. Thanks to this beam, the share moves both horizontally and vertically (3D effect), which protects it from getting damaged.

Gamma-tine Working Section

Gamma-tine working section is used on the seedbed cultivator during the spring seedbed preparation. In this season, it is necessary to maintain as much winter moisture as possible in the soil. The working section disturbs, aerates and warms up the top soil layers without bringing the moisture particles to the surface. Maintaining winter moisture in soil is very important for a fast start of the growth of spring crops.

The working section consists of four rows of gamma-tines at a negative angle. Each gamma-tine in the section is attached to a share beam. The beam is spring-loaded and allows working at high speeds of up to 15km/h. This saves time, which is very important in the spring.

Working Section with Spring Shares

In this case, this is the so-called SB-SECTION. The working section is used on cultivators during the spring preparation of the seedbed. In this season, as mentioned above, it is important to maintain moisture. The working section with spring shares undercuts the soil along the entire width of the machine. At the same time, thanks to the angle of the share, there is no vertical soil mixing, which preserves spring moisture. It is very important for quality and for fast germination of plants. The section is mainly suitable for the seedbed preparation for sugar beet.

The working section consists of spring shares installed in four rows. Each share is attached to an S-beam, which provides quality soil preparation in the spring. Moreover, it reduces the requirements of the pulling vehicle.
