Ką pasėsi... 2018: Impressive start of cooperation between EWA and BEDNAR
AB East West Agro (EWA) and Bednar FMT have announced the start of their cooperation in Lithuania just one month ago, so the first BEDNAR machines barely managed to reach the largest agricultural exhibition in the Baltics. This is not the first time BEDNAR machines have been featured in this traditional, already twenty-third time held annual exhibition, but for the first time they have participated in an impressive EWA show for the Lithuanian agricultural community.
There were 310 companies and organizations, about 200 small producers and craftsmen exhibiting in the show "Ką pasėsi ... 2018". 29 companies came from foreign countries - Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine. Visitors from 18 countries (Belgium, Finland, Italy, Germany, France, Ukraine, etc.) attended the event. 15% of exhibitors participated in the exhibition for the first time. According to the organizers, about 100 thousand people visited the exhibition.
The most spectacular was the exposition of agricultural machinery that spread on 43,000 sq.m. EWA’s stand was one of the largest – 2,700 m2. In addition, for the convenience of visitors, an additional 900 m2 pavilion was built at the exhibition, featuring live Massey Ferguson and BEDNAR equipment presentations.
The exhibition took place for three days, and each day was like a different time of year. It was snowing like in wintertime on the first day, the second started cloudy in the morning, and cleared after lunch, in the end the third one gladdened with beautiful weather and sunshine. Visitor traffic varied accordingly.
The interest in BEDNAR machinery was great. On the second day, farmers had even to wait the opportunity to question EWA sales staff and BEDNAR representatives. Jan Bednar, Sales and Marketing Director of BEDNAR FMT, said: "I'm convinced that our machines are perfectly in line with the needs of Lithuanian farmers. To be successful in the market one needs to have an active representative, such as our new partner in Lithuania - EWA. " "I would like to thank EWA for the excellent exhibition, the excellent start of cooperation and apologize for not being able to fulfil all EWA orders. Next year, we will increase our production capacity double and seek to help our partners to win bigger share of Lithuanian market, "adds Ladislav Bednar, Director and owner of BEDNAR FMT.
Beautiful young ladies were starting every product presentation performing with violins popular melodies
EWA General Manager Gediminas Kvietkauskas was also pleased with the attention of the farmers to a new member of the product range: "We have ambitious plans with the BEDNAR brand and I see them real!"
